Subscription Statuses

• Active Subscription: This indicates that we are actively being charged for a plan and any add-ons.

• Trial Subscription: This status means the account is currently in the trial period.

• Future Subscription: This status signifies that the subscription is yet to start its trial period and become active.

• Non-renewing Subscription: This indicates that the subscription is scheduled to cancel and will not renew.

• Cancelled Subscription: This status means the subscription is inactive and will no longer renew.

• Paused Subscription: This indicates that the subscription has been temporarily stopped.
