How to View Quotes in your Workspace?

In this guide, we will explore how to efficiently navigate and manage codes within your workspace. Follow these steps to get a comprehensive understanding of the process.
To view all the codes in your workspace, navigate to Codes in the left menu. Here, you can see all the codes that have been created.
To view codes associated with a particular customer, open the customer record and locate the codes under the History tab.
Similarly, to view all codes associated with a subscription, open the subscription record and find all the codes under the History tab under Codes.
Open Code: This indicates that the code has been sent to a customer, but the customer has not yet accepted it.
Declined Code: This status shows that the customer has declined the code sent to them.
Accepted Code: This means the customer has accepted the code and they are about to be invoiced.
Invoiced Code: This status indicates that the customer accepted the code and an invoice has been sent.
There are two different code view options available:
Consolidated View: This view provides an overview of all the charges applicable for a subscription across their billing term.
Detailed View: This view shows the charges applicable at the time of code acceptance, including details of different coupons and add-ons across various billing cycles.
We recommend sending the Detailed View to a customer when there are different coupons and add-ons on different billing cycles.
