How to Email a Quote to Your Customer?

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of emailing a quote to your customer and adding a "Pay Now" button for easy payment.
Open the Quote: Begin by opening the quote that you wish to send as an email.
Access Quote Actions: On the right side, under Quote Actions, select Send Email.
Choose View: By default, the Detailed view is selected. You can choose Consolidated based on your preference.
Verify Email Content: Ensure that the content of your email is accurate.
Send the Email: Click on Send to email the quote to your customer.
To enable your customers to accept the quote and pay directly from the email, follow these steps:
Access Settings: Go to Settings.
Configure Chargeby: Click on Configure Chargeby and navigate to Customer-Facing Essentials.
Email Notifications: Locate Email Notifications and scroll down to Manual Emails.
Edit Send Quote Email: Under Standard Emails, find the Send Quote email and click on Edit.
Modify Email Content: Review and make necessary changes to the email content.
Add "Pay Now" Button: Click on Add, then Add Button, and select Pay Now.
Link Checkout Page: Add a link to your respective checkout page so customers can view the quote, accept it, and pay directly from the email.
Publish Changes: Click on Publish to save your changes.
Preview Email: Once published, preview your email to ensure the "Pay Now" button is visible.
