How to Delete an Invoice in ChargeBee

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to delete an invoice in ChargeBee. Please ensure you have the necessary permissions to perform this action.

Steps to Delete an Invoice

1. Ensure you are logged in as an owner or navigate to Team Members in the navigation bar.

2. Select the user Omar Sheriff from the list.

3. Click on Invoices and Credit Notes in the navigation bar.

4. From the drop-down menu, select Invoices.

5. In the Invoices section, locate and click on the invoice amount of Rs 96.0 INR.

6. On the Invoice Details page, find the Invoice Action section and click on Delete this invoice.

7. In the Delete Confirmation modal, click on Download a PDF Copy to save a copy of the invoice.

8. Finally, click on Confirm to permanently delete the invoice.

By following these steps, you can successfully delete an invoice in ChargeBee. Remember to download a copy of the invoice before confirming the deletion for your records.
