How to Update a Coupon

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to update a coupon.

Step 1: Navigate to the Coupon Page

• Go to the Coupon page.

• Select the coupon you'd like to update.

Step 2: Edit the Coupon

• Click on "Edit Coupon" to make changes.

• You can update the following details:

  • Coupon name

  • Discount percentage

  • Duration

  • Validity

Important Reminder: If a coupon is associated with multiple subscriptions, changes to the discount and duration cannot be made directly.

Step 3: Use the Workaround

• Clone the coupon to make changes.

• You will be redirected to the Cloned Coupon page to update or make changes.

• Once done, click on "Create".

Step 4: Finalize the Update

• Return to the Coupons list page.

• Select the original coupon that was chosen for updating.

• Click on "Delete Coupon".

• Finally, hit "Archive" to confirm archiving the coupon.

Note: Redeemed coupons will be archived, while unused coupons will be permanently deleted from your system.
