How to Reactivate and Edit a Cancelled Subscription

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to reactivate and edit a subscription that is in the cancelled status.

Step 1: Open a Cancelled Subscription

A cancelled subscription means it is no longer active. If a customer with a cancelled subscription wishes to reactivate it, you can do so directly from the cancelled subscription.

Step 2: Reactivate the Subscription

• Choose the date when you want to reactivate the subscription.

• This will set a trial start date and a trial end date.

• Once reactivated, the subscription will begin with a trial period and will become active after the trial ends.

Step 3: Edit Subscription Details

If the customer wants to change their plan or add-ons upon reactivation, you can make those changes here. Additionally, you can:

• Update customer details.

• Request a payment method update by triggering an email directly from the cancelled subscription.

Step 4: Delete a Subscription (Optional)

As an admin, you have the option to delete a subscription. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all related data will be permanently deleted.
