How to Set Up Dunning in Chargebee

Chargebee's Dunning feature is applicable for online, offline, direct debit, and one-time payments. Follow these steps to set up Dunning in Chargebee:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Click on Settings in the navigation bar.

2. Select Configure Chargebee from the drop-down menu.

3. On the Settings page, click on Dunning for online-offline payments.

4. Select the payment method for which you want to enable Dunning.

5. Enable Dunning for cards and e-wallet payments.

6. Configure necessary settings such as:

   • Dunning period

   • Retry mode

   • Retry frequency

7. Click the Apply button in the top right corner.

8. In the confirmation pop-up, click the Confirm button.
