How to Create Coupon Sets in Chargebee

Coupon sets can be very useful if you're running campaigns and need a large number of promo codes. Instead of creating hundreds of individual coupons in Chargebee, you can create a single coupon set and configure its behavior. Follow these steps to create a coupon set:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Product Catalog:

   In the navigation bar, click on Product Catalog.

2. Select Coupon Sets:

   Under Product Catalog, select Coupon Sets.

3. Create a New Coupon Set:

   Click on the Create Coupon Sets button.

4. Choose Coupon Set Creation Method:

   • You can choose to upload a coupon set as a CSV file.

   • Alternatively, you can auto-generate with a set of particulars.

5. Configure Coupon Set Details:

   • Enter the number of coupons you wish to generate.

   • Enter a prefix for the coupon if needed (optional).

   • Enter a suffix (optional).

   • Enter a desired name in the Coupon Set Name field.

6. Select an Existing Coupon:

   In the modal, click on the Pick an Option drop-down for the coupon field.

   Select an existing coupon from the Coupon drop-down list.

7. Create the Coupon Set:

   Click the Submit button to create the coupon set.

8. View Coupon Set Details:

   In the list, click on the coupon set to view the details.
