Navigate to **Settings**. 2. Click on **Configure Chargebee**. 3. Select **Languages**. ## Step 2: Activate Languages Chargebee supports six languages by default: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. To add another language: 1. Click **Add**. 2. A pop-up will appear, prompting you to either enable draft mode or activate the language feature. 3. We recommend starting with the draft mode, which allows you to preview email notifications in the new language before they are activated. 4. To customize the content: 1. Edit the CSV file. 2. Upload it back to Chargebee. 3. Upon hitting **Download Language Pack** , an email will be sent to you with the language pack for the languages you have activated. ## Step 4: Assign Language to Customers Once the language is activated, you can assign it to a customer: 1. Navigate to **Customer**. 2. Click on **Create Customer** or modify an existing record. 3. Scroll down to find the **Language** option. 4. Select a language from the list of activated languages. 5.
